Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply for orders of up to 30kgs.

Standard delivery (3-4 working days) is charged at £9.95. Our standard delivery rate applies to mainland UK only. For delivery to anywhere else, please call 01527 838 888 and speak to a sales advisor.

Please note: some products may take longer to dispatch than stated above, this is noted on the relevant individual product pages.

Our Promise

We understand that our customers are keen to get their items as quickly as possible and we aim to dispatch all of our orders within 48 hours of ordering.

For UK deliveries we deliver via courier. A signature will be required on delivery of your order. Where a signature is not provided the parcel will be returned to us and can be re-delivered but this will be at the expense of the customer.

In times of high demand or high quantities, goods may be delivered in more than one parcel. You will not be charged extra for this.

Next day delivery is subject to stock availability and excludes orders placed on weekends or bank holidays. In order to guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. The delivery type cannot be changed online once your order has been placed.

Delivery terms are valid for UK mainland orders only, if you require an international service please contact our sales team on 01527 838 890 or email sales@kalamazoodirect.co.uk. Orders for delivery outside of the EU/EEA may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival at the destination country. The prices quoted on our site do not include these additional taxes charged which customers may have to pay to the local authorities prior to the goods being delivered. Kalamazoo Direct has no control over import duty or tax changes nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply to you before ordering.

We want every Kalamazoo Direct customer to be happy with the products bought from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us by email at customerservices@kalamazoodirect.co.uk before returning your goods and within fourteen days of receiving your purchases. Providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging (have not been used and are not opened), we will provide a refund excluding the delivery charge and minus a handling fee. A return delivery charge will apply and we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery whenever returning goods in the UK and similar signed for services for international returns. Credit notes will be processed once the goods have been received by us; until they are received by Kalamazoo Direct they remain your property.

Imprinted and special or made-to-order items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged / faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge). Again, please contact us prior to returning any items.

Please always arrange a proof of posting (available free of cost at post office counters) when returning goods – we recommend using recorded delivery to ensure safe return of the items.

All returns must be made within 30 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
