This paper-based lateness slip system gives your school the ability to effectively manage pupil lateness.
Department for Education rules enable schools to fine parents if their child is persistently late or absent. This system will enable you to easily identify repeated latecomers and can be used in conjunction with digital attendance registers to provide detail regarding specific reasons for lateness, helping to highlight if further investigation is required.

Upon arrival (usually reporting to the School Office), the late pupil’s parent or guardian is asked to complete a Latecomers Slip, providing a reason for the child’s lateness.
The OneWrite system simultaneously produces an accurate record of slips issued as information is transferred onto an integral register.
The completed slip is torn out and given to the parent or guardian, acting as a warning that persistent lateness may result in a fine.
