These Personalised Visitornet Passes provide an efficient way of creating professional visitor passes using Kalamazoo's Visitornet Visitor Management Software Solution.
Personalised passes can be printed with a set of guidelines instructing your visitors to observe specific procedures regarding: Emergency Procedure, Health and Safety at Work, Protective Equipment, Parking, Entry into Areas & Buildings and Smoking, or can include any other information you wish to provide (such as a site map). This information, printed on the reverse of the pass, provides visitors with key health and safety information, helping your organisation to fulfil its Duty of Care.Duty of CareEvery organisation has a legal obligation to implement reasonable measures to ensure individuals, including staff and visitors, are protected from harm whilst on the premises. to individuals on the premises.
The passes are pre-cut to size and perforated to allow your front of house personnel to easily fold the pass in half in order to slide it into a PVC pass wallet before handing to the visitor to wear.
Personalised passes can incorporate your organisation's name, logo and branding, including your particular corporate colours. This will help you to promote a professional corporate image to your visitors.
If you do not require personalised passes, we also provide Visitornet Standard Passes which are a more cost-efficient alternative.
Our orders are delivered by dedicated courier and will require a signature on delivery.

If your order was damaged, has missing items or contains products which you did not order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. Items can be returned and refunded, minus a handling fee, if they are in good condition, have not been used, and are not opened. A return delivery charge will apply unless the return is due to damage or a mistake by Kalamazoo Direct. Credit Notes will be processed on your return once the goods have been received by us; until they are received by Kalamazoo Direct they remain your property. We highly recommend using a ‘signed for’ return delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Imprinted and special or made-to-order items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
